Pastor Imelda Namutebi's Toyota Land Cruiser Prado with personalised number plates PSALM 8, was among those impounded and parked for much of yesterday at Kawempe Police station before it was cleared and released.
At exactly midday yesterday, Operation Umoja, the joint
crackdown on stolen vehicles on Ugandan roads by Police
and Interpol was halted.
